OUTAGE UPDATE

Sorry for the outages lately, some issues that were caused by my previous web host caused me to decide to move hosts. This has been a painful process, as I have to get each service running individually. Some data (within tiki) has been lost by this host which is one of the primary reasons for deciding to move. I apologize for this outage, and will try to get all services back up and running in a timely manner.
